About the role of Land Surveyor

We are now looking for you who want to work as a Land Surveyor in the team for land and permit planning. The team belongs to the Asset Management & Operation department and is responsible for Ellevio's land and property legal issues related to the electricity grid. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the project operations, involving negotiations and cooperation with authorities, municipalities, property owners, and other external actors. In this department, your primary tasks will be:


Responsibilities

• Administrative handling of property legal matters.
• Support the company's land surveyors in their daily work.
• Prepare investigation materials and documentation related to property law, electricity grid operations, and urban planning.
• Participate in other administrative tasks within the group's area of expertise, such as environmental and permit issues.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone studying to become a land surveyor (engineering program or urban planning with a land surveying focus) or someone studying law.
• You possess a basic understanding of property law, either through courses or strong interest; property law as an elective course is a merit.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Experience with GIS is a merit.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented. You are curious, engaged, and have a strong interest in urban planning and law. The role requires you to be proactive, forward-thinking, eager to delve into cases, and constantly contribute ideas. You find it easy to collaborate and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

The recruitment process

In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the staffing company Clevry. After you submit your application, we will review your profile. Qualified candidates for the role will receive an email indicating they have progressed in the process and will then undergo a cognitive test, to make the process as objective as possible. The application closes on February 22, after which phone interviews will begin. Later in the process, background checks will be applied, which means a register check as well as a credit report and references.
